Early Steps
Early intervention: speech and language foundations, developmental play and school readiness.
Explore →For Puchong families whose child is struggling with reading, numbers, speech, writing or focus: a targeted screening answers in one or two sessions what years of "wait and see" cannot. RM120 per screening area, plain-language report included, no diagnosis required.
The signs that bring Puchong families to us:
Puchong has grown faster than almost anywhere in the Klang Valley, and its schools are full. In a class of forty, a child who cannot decode words or hold numbers in their head does not get noticed; they get labelled. Lazy. Playful. Slow. We have screened enough Puchong children to know the labels are usually wrong.
We are closer than most Puchong families expect: 15 to 20 minutes up the LDP to Taipan, Subang Jaya. Start with a targeted screening of the area your child struggles with, RM120 per area with a plain-language report, and know for certain instead of guessing for another school year.
Based on what you or the school have observed, we screen the specific area at RM120 per area. Not a blanket test, and not a clinical diagnosis; a clear answer about whether an inherent challenge is present, in plain language.
Decoding, fluency, spelling and the patterns that suggest dyslexia.
Number sense, operations and math anxiety versus inherent difficulty.
Handwriting, spelling and getting ideas onto paper.
Articulation, vocabulary and understanding for their age.
Focus span, impulsivity and what sits behind classroom behaviour.
Where younger children stand across milestones and school readiness.
One or two sessions per area. Report included. Identification first, everything else after.
A free 15-minute call or WhatsApp. You describe what is happening; we suggest which area to screen first.
One or two sessions at our Taipan centre, RM120 per area. Your child experiences it as puzzles and games, not a test.
A plain-language report and a sit-down conversation: what we found, what it means, and honest next steps.
Where support is needed: small-group or 1-on-1 sessions in centre, or online for eligible children. We coordinate with your child's school with your permission.
Only what the screening points to, never a bundle. In centre at Taipan, or online for eligible children.

For Schools & Institutions →Puchong has a workable rail route to us, which is worth knowing if the LDP at 5pm is not something you want to do with a tired child in the back.
Puchong has a large number of SJKC families alongside national schools, and that mix produces a specific blind spot we see repeatedly.
We are not a clinic and we cannot diagnose. If your child needs a formal assessment, this is the public route from Puchong. It costs very little, and for many families it is the right first step regardless of whether they ever come to us.
Klinik Kesihatan Puchong Batu 14 is the main government clinic for the area. Ask specifically for a developmental or learning assessment referral rather than a general check-up. Take anything the school has written down, plus your own notes from home. Written observations are taken more seriously than a verbal account.
Klinik Kesihatan Puchong Batu 14 · 1 Jalan PU 5, Batu 14, 47100 Puchong · 03-8061 1814 · Mon–Thu 7.30–12.30 and 1.45–4.30, Fri 7.30–12.00 and 2.30–4.30
A long wait is not a reason to wait. Practical support at home and school can begin now, and a term of targeted help gives the specialist something concrete to work from.
Families from Bandar Puteri, Bandar Kinrara, Taman Puchong Perdana and IOI area reach us in roughly 20 to 30 minutes up the LDP. Most Puchong families book later afternoon to miss the Sunway crawl.
Details of government facilities change. Please confirm opening hours and services with the clinic before travelling.
15 to 20 minutes via the LDP. Our centre is at 1st Floor, 10, Jalan USJ 10/1, Taipan Business Centre, Subang Jaya. And after screening, eligible children can be supported online, so the drive never decides whether your child gets help.
RM120 per screening area, report included. We screen the area of concern rather than running a blanket test, so most Puchong families pay for one or two. Anything further is discussed with you before it happens.
No, and we say so in the report itself. We identify whether an inherent difficulty appears to be there and where it sits. For a formal diagnosis the public route from Puchong starts at Klinik Kesihatan Puchong Batu 14, and we will point you there when that is the right step.
Eligible children can, after an in-person screening. Eligibility depends on age, the type of challenge and how your child engages online, and we will advise honestly rather than sell you sessions that will not work.
Ask them to put it in writing before you come. A written observation from a Puchong teacher who sees your child every day carries real weight with a specialist later. With your permission we send findings and classroom suggestions back to the school.
No diagnosis is required for screening or for any of our programmes. Many families come to us precisely because they want to understand what is happening before pursuing anything formal.
Describe what you are seeing at home or what the school has said. We will suggest which area to screen first, or tell you honestly if screening is not what your child needs.
Tell us a little about your child and we'll respond within one business day with a suggested next step. Free, no-obligation.
